I appreciate that most people are fairly comfortable with connecting PCs, laptops and other devices to the internet nowadays, or know a friend or family member who can help out. If you are not one of these people, then I am more than happy to visit you, connect everything up (even unpacking it from the boxes if you wish), and get things working.
Once everything is set up, I can show you how to view, write and send emails, how to look things up on the internet and answer any other questions you may have.
If you are having problems accessing the internet via wifi, I can set this up for you and configure wifi settings on any or all your devices (PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, smart TVs and more).
